When you opt into Lillian Homes’ SMS messaging service, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Lillian Homes regarding our services, special offers, updates, and promotions. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Lillian Homes. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Lillian Homes also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent.

Cancellation of SMS Service

No further messages will be sent to your mobile number unless you opt in again by following the sign-up process.

Transfer of Mobile Number
Before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you agree to either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at marketing@lilliancustomhomes.com. Failure to do so may result in Lillian Homes continuing to send SMS messages to the wrong recipient.
Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with, and subject to, the laws of the State of Texas, without resort to its choice of law provisions and case law, except to the extent they are superseded or preempted by the laws of the United States or other jurisdictions. If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid, unlawful, void, or otherwise not enforceable, you agree the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect. By accessing our Sites or using information on our Sites, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts in Ellis County, Texas, to resolve disputes of any kind arising out of your reliance on the information on a Site, or any interaction with Lillian Homes involving a Site.
