Project Manager: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other workers assigned to the
project. Choose subcontractors and delegate their responsibilities. Responsible for any delays,
emergencies, and problems that can arise. Comply with safety and building codes as well as legal
requirements. Report project progress and budget to the client. Explain contract and technical matters
to others in a clear manner. Prepare budget and cost estimates along with work timetables.
Prepare project proposals and develop a project management plan. Assist with developing bid
packages. Organize weekly production and operation meetings. Inspect and maintain the quality
of workmanship per industry standards and contract documents. Ensure all construction is built
per the contract plans and specifications. Monitor personnel and construction activities for
compliance with health and safety requirements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in
construction management plus 36 months of experience in construction management. Salary is
