REALTOR REGISTRATION FORM

 *** REALTORS MUST REGISTER BUYERS TO RECEIVE COMPENSATION FOR REPRESENTATION ***

Realtors may register Buyers in the following ways:
1. Realtor may visit Lillian Custom Homes prior to his/her Buyer’s FIRST visit and submit Realtor Registration Form.
2. Realtor may register the Buyer via fax by submitting Realtor Registration Form prior to Buyer’s FIRST visit.
3. Realtor may personally accompany Buyer to Lillian Custom Homes for FIRST visit and submit Realtor Registration Form
If a Buyer visits Lillian Custom Homes without his/her Realtor on the FIRST visit, Lillian Custom Homes WILL NOT compensate that Realtor for his/her representation. No Exceptions will be made.
Realtor registration is valid for 90 days from date shown on this Realtor Registration Form. Realtor must re-register Buyer beyond expiration. If the Realtor does not re-register his/her Buyer and the Buyer contracts on a Lillian Custom Home, Lillian Custom Homes will not compensate the Realtor for his/her representation.
Realtor commission is calculated at 3% on base price of home, and is paid at time of Closing. Closing will take place at Title Company as determined by Lillian Custom Homes.
